Spiritual practice and celebration - Rabbi Lerner & others will open the UPJ rally
LOCATION - National Mall between 3rd and 7th Streets
(the Mall is between Constitution Ave NW and Independence Ave SW)

7pm - Casual NSP gathering for snacks, socializing, strategizing
